A series of hop additions featuring locally grown Nugget and Chinook from Bobst Hops give this beer its undeniable pale ale characteristics. We are located at the corner of 2nd Street and 2nd Avenue in the American heartland, a fitting name for a quintessential blue collar beer.

Art Nouveau is an ornamental form of art that originated in Belgium in the late 1800's. The concept uses sinuous, undulating and asymetrical lines that often incorporate plant stalks, buds or vine tendrils. It's purpose is to give people pleasure in the mundane. In a similar way, this dry hopped Belgian Ale bucks tradition and throws some nuances at you…a basic Belgian Blonde with a perceptive spice character and hopped exclusively with late boil additions of Southern Cross hops from New Zealand.

This Sake yeast beer was a 2 month-long project for both Headbrewer Nick and Assistant Brewer Joel. The two propagated a smaller homebrew yeast pitch to use on a brewhouse scale and used fresh-steamed rice as an ode to traditional Sake production! Overall, this is a Saison fermented with Sake #9 yeast, imparting complex fruity and floral notes. 乾杯 (Cheers!)

Brew and Brew of Dyersville provided us with some of their excellent cold brewed coffee. This brew is then finished with a custom spice blend to help us enjoy our favorite fall flavors during these cool Autumn afternoons.

Born around 1990, Black IPAs have since laid dormant… until now. The name of this new brew is derived from the original French word "revenir," meaning to return from the dead or a long absence. Using a pale malt base with a touch of Iowa-grown rye malts, plus a blend of specialty dark malts, we have brought back to life a brew that was once a viral craze during the craft beer revolution. Featuring Warrior, Chinook, Cascade, and El Dorado hops, this one rings in at 82 IBUs. The roasted malts combined with the bitterness of the hops create the perfect balance!

The Dortmunder was a lager made for 19th-century German industrial workers. The beer was known to have high sulfates because of the Dortmund water so Nick tried to imitate this with salt additions. This fuller body lager includes a blend of traditional German Malts: Pilsner, Vienna and Munich-- and it's hopped with 100% Hallertau Mittelfruh. You will not want to miss this unique brew.
