This brew presents big aromas of spicy phenol and a slight nuance of clove, giving it a creamy and robust wheat flavor followed by a crisp citrus finish. We kept out the traditional additions of coriander, peppercorns, and orange peel to keep it approachable enough for the every day libation. Instead, we let the yeast and Pacific Jade hops bring out their lovely character.
