This Baltic Porter has been patiently aging for two months in one of our fermenters. It was certainly worth the wait, the lager yeast gets out of the way and you will notice a smooth roasted chocolate flavor profile. Be careful with this one, it will sneak up on you! You may need Grandma (Babushka in Russian) to nurse you back to health!
