The beer is golden in color, medium in body, with hints of pear, sandalwood and strawberry. Brad’s Bitter makes Brad less bitter.

Utilizing a custom blend of hops from Loftus Ranch in the brewhouse and heavily in dry hopping, we created a malt base with English malted barley and then added a healthy dose of wheat and oats. The result is light in body, hazy golden in color and bursting with notes of lychee, kumquat and strawberry cream.

A Single Malt and (sort of) a Single Hop Double IPA brewed to help support the Ales for ALS campaign. We utilized this custom blend of hops from Loftus Ranch in the brewhouse and heavily in dry hopping, we decided to really let those hops shine by using only German Pilsner Malt. Straw golden in color, full bodied with aromatics similar to watermelon, cedar and arugula. 8.5% abv
