Sorachi Ace is another release in our Double IPA series that showcases the beauty of one single hop variety while utilizing the same recipe. This hop is one of the most interesting hops we’ve ever experienced! Well known for it’s unique dill (the herb) and lemon characteristics. It is a fun example of the diverse flavors and aromas to be discovered in hops. 8.8 % abv
