This red ale goes through a quick souring process with lactobacillus, known as a Kettle Sour, prior to being fermented with our house yeast and like a zillion pounds of Montmorency Cherries. The result is dark red, full bodied and hits the palate with flavors of dried cherries and prunes. The finish is tart. 7.1% abv
