In celebration of our 3rd year brewing south sound beer, we offer our interpretation of this popular style. Cloudy from 50% wheat, and deep amber in color form the use of German Abbey malted barley and Canadian Honey malt. The wheat provides medium body, while the two additional malts add a subtle taste of honey with a slight residual sweetness. Very "user friendly" and perhaps a pokemon or two in the glass.

Bravo and Centennial hops were used to provide the balance. Named for our brewer Mike and Orca J-26 from the J pod that calls this region of Puget Sound home.

Named after a rockfish found along the Pacific Northwest's coast and based on the Belgian Dubbel style of beer, this medium brown colored ale has the malty sweetness and mouthfeel of an English Brown Ale, while offering flavors of toast, chocolate, caramel and biscuit, with a nutty finish. The use of Belgian ale yeast adds additional components of pepper, clove and banana to give this brew a nice complexity.-copper

Brewed with our house ale yeast, it has the addition of over 50% wheat to the grain bill, plus flaked oats provide a traditional light smooth body. At only 20 IBU's the floral, spicy notes form the addition of 3 lbs of coriander seeds and 4 lbs of dried orange peel dance upon your tongue and intrigue the nose.
