Named after a rockfish found along the Pacific Northwest's coast and based on the Belgian Dubbel style of beer, this medium brown colored ale has the malty sweetness and mouthfeel of an English Brown Ale, while offering flavors of toast, chocolate, caramel and biscuit, with a nutty finish. The use of Belgian ale yeast adds additional components of pepper, clove and banana to give this brew a nice complexity.-copper
