We’ve taken our signature blend of heritage West Virginia grown apples and aged it for six months in Smooth Ambler Gin Barrels along with Peruvian Palo Santo wood. The coalescence of these two mountain specialties combined with botanic aromatics had made for the perfect trinity. Delightfully tropical, the Ambrosia is packed with coconut, pineapple and bright citrus fruit flavors.

While still sporting the crisp, fruity flavors of the classic, the aging process brings out rich ripe apples flavors with notes of butter and oak for a truly complex finish. Our processes are traditional and our ciders are unfiltered; expect and enjoy some bottle sediment and seasonal variation.

This tart cherry cider showcases the combination of ripe summer and crisp fall fruits. We’ve added tart cherry, in secondary fermentation, to our signature apple blend and finished it with a light three month bourbon barrel aging. The result is a bright, slightly bitter, tart cider with bold almond notes and a full bodied finish.

In the fall in the Appalachian mountains, elderberries hang low and ripe. Traditionally, this beautiful fruit was harvested for elderberry wine. Inspired by tradition, we have infused our ten month bourbon barrel aged cider made from heirloom apples grown in the greenbrier valley with just the right amount of elderberries. The result is a wonder of crisp fruity perfection. Our processes are traditional and our ciders are unfiltered; expect and enjoy some bottle sediment and seasonal variation.
