Mad & Noisy is a new small batch series from Creemore Springs Brewery, named after the two rivers that merge and flow through the village of Creemore. The first release is Hops & Bolts India Pale Lager, a Czech twist on an English IPA. Hops & Bolts IPL is a bit lighter than an IPA, but a bit fuller than your golden lager, featuring a pithy bitterness that blends to a silky balancing malt sweetness. In the glass, you?ll see a slight unfiltered haze which settles to a bright orange-cedar colour and a dense, lingering off-white head. The big hoppy aroma features a blend of light tropical fruits and bold piney and grassy notes.

Creemore Springs Premium Lager has been honored as one of the world's great beers. Our unique amber lager is direct fire brewed in small batches and delivered fresh weekly. We use only four ingredients ? Malted Barley, Hops, Water and Yeast. It also helps that we're blessed with our own spring water source that is perfectly suited for making the perfect beer.

When celebrating another milestone our 20th anniversary, our brew master Gord Fuller and the brewers once again created something special, Creemore Springs Traditional Pilsner. It is their interpretation of a classic Czech Pilsner. The first pilsner was brewed in 1842, over a hundred years ago, in the Bohemian town of Plzen. Revolutionary at the time, it was a fired-brewed beer characterized by a rich golden color, sweet malty flavour and an abundance of hop. Similar to original pilsners, our direct fire brewing process and combination of specialty malts yield a beer with a deep golden color and delicious malt flavors. Our very own spring water creates a soft pure background on which Czech hops impart a fresh fragrant aroma and bitter finish.

Reserved for world class beer styles, the 'ur' prefix historically designates the best of an original style possessing the highest quality. Here at Creemore Springs, we brew only a limited amount of our classic UrBock to celebrate the festive winter season.
