When celebrating another milestone our 20th anniversary, our brew master Gord Fuller and the brewers once again created something special, Creemore Springs Traditional Pilsner. It is their interpretation of a classic Czech Pilsner.
The first pilsner was brewed in 1842, over a hundred years ago, in the Bohemian town of Plzen. Revolutionary at the time, it was a fired-brewed beer characterized by a rich golden color, sweet malty flavour and an abundance of hop.
Similar to original pilsners, our direct fire brewing process and combination of specialty malts yield a beer with a deep golden color and delicious malt flavors. Our very own spring water creates a soft pure background on which Czech hops impart a fresh fragrant aroma and bitter finish.
