We brewed this Maibock for the St. Louis Brewers Guild and Missouri Coalition for the Environment Sustainability Summit. Gewässerschutz (German for “water conservation”) not only honors the importance of sustainable brewing but also is the perfect accompaniment for Earth Day celebrations with its prominent yet smooth, toasty maltiness.
