Eric Hansen is a great local home brewer who is training to be a pro brewer at our friends Third Window in Santa Barbara. We threw a competition last year with our local home brew club the Valley Brewers and Eric won! The competition challenged brewers to create a beer of any style showcasing Warrior and Amarillo Hops. Eric created a fantastic hybrid style IPA using London II yeast and balancing the hop characteristics of resinous orange character. The yeast provides a dynamic earthy and nearly toasty platform to build off of. The Hansen blends various forms of wheat, hop character and malt character all in one!
