Funky rye saison fermented 100% in previously used wine barrels. We then added Brett Trois, Brett Brux, our own house yeast and some blackberries for good measure. This beer was brewed to help celebrate the 7th anniversary of The Full Pint beer blog. The result is a mildly hoppy, strongly funky saison with a subtle hint of blackberry.
