The Wallonia region of Belgium is known for some of the finest beers in the world. Home to the monasteries that created Chimay, Orval & Rochefort, only the beers brewed within the walls of those religious communities may claim the title “Trappist.” That doesn’t mean we can’t make something pretty darn close! The deep golden color & medium body gives an approachable first impression, but the combination of rich malt, fruity yeast, subtle hops & sweet candi sugar creates a full & complex flavor that will be a spiritual experience!
