A close cousin to our popular winter seasonal Ripple Effect Roggenbier except in this German classic exit rye, enter wheat to make up the majority of the grain. A generous portion of Munich adds the malty sweetness, and specialty grains add complexity. Hefe yeast rounds out the classic wheat flavor, which tends to be quite refreshing.
