New Hops, Who Dis? We collected a plethora of delicious American grown hop varieties that we’ve never or sparingly used create this IPA with huge flavor and high IBU. It’s a very solid beer that goes down smooth, clocking in at 10%. All this leads to a hop bomb that is remarkably balanced and lacks a harsh bitterness.
