On a brew day not so long ago head brewer Theron had planned on making one of our original recipes, Bernoulli Belgian Pale Ale. The Belgian yeast was taking its sweet time getting ready, though, and a last minute substitute was made with our always reliable British Ale strain. All the other ingredients are exactly the same as Bernoulli, but the result is more of a brown ale. Named for Scottish physicist James Clerk Maxwell, who furthered Bernoulli’s work on kinetic energy, this dynamic fluid is a great addition for the first week of fall! Limited Release. OG 1051, IBU 27, ABV 5%
