The MacArthur Park Historic District where Stone’s Throw calls home has a long history of beer drinking. Host to German immigrants from the 1830’s on, the blocks around the brewery were peppered with churches, temples, beer halls & biergartens that reflected this heritage. This namesake of our neighborhood is a Marzen lager, traditionally brewed in March then cellared through the summer to be enjoyed in the fall--most famously at Oktoberfest. As the first brewery in the district since Prohibition, we’re proud to revive the local legacy of making & drinking great beers! Limited Release. OG 1055, IBU 22, ABV 5.5%
