July’s world premiere recipe is the biggest India Pale Ale we’ve brewed yet! A plethora of delicious American grown hops were amply added to create huge flavor and a high IBU. Then the grain bill got a little help from candi sugar to supercharge the alcohol to 10%. All this leads to a big hop bomb that is remarkably balanced and lacks a harsh bitterness.
