This classic style from Cologne gets the classic barrel souring treatment from Flanders! This adaptation of our sessionable Caddo Kolsch spent almost a year in a Rocktown Rye Whiskey barrel inoculated with Brett, Pedio & Lacto, three microscopic allies used by brewers to bring out a uniquely sour flavor in beers. This wild and wonderful experiment brings out very tart flavors to an otherwise simple brew. Barrel Aged Release. OG 1046, IBU 24, ABV 5%
