A fruity nose and juicy flavor is countered by bready malts for a brew that highlights the unique flavor of the Centennial hops while maintaining a nice balance. This American Pale Ale is single-hopped, meaning Centennial hops were used for bittering, flavor & aroma. Having only one hop gives the drinker an opportunity to really explore the floral, citrusy & earthy flavors and aromas of this popular US grown “Super Cascade!”
