Our Wheat IPA: with over 25 percent wheat and Aromatic Malt to give a bit of biscuity malt depth. Warrior, Centennial and Summit hops added to the boil give a bit more bitterness than our Anti-Hero IPA. A heavy dry-hopping with equal amounts of Centennial, Crystal and Summit lends an aggressive Summit character at the forefront in the nose.
