Our flagship Porter, Eugene, was aged for an additional 36 weeks in Woodford Reserve Bourbon barrels. The lengthy wood-aging imparts lovely barrel character- esp. vanilla notes that blend harmoniously with the caramel and chocolate flavors present in the base beer.
