Just like our Oregon Coast, lagers must go through cool fermentation then cold storage, also known here as “summer.” We kid. But it’s necessary if you want to sip an ice cold lager on a hot day. Or on any day, really. 3 grains plus 2 kinds of hops equals 1 delicious lager.
