This Red Ale is straight from Brewer Will’s Fall playbook, featuring honey from his own beehives and fresh hops from Astoria’s Blackberry Bog Farm. Rounded out with newly shorn Mosaic and Citra hops from Yakima, this Session-able drinker blends green notes of harvest with honey malts that tie everything together. I’ll have another with my game chair and lap blanket, please.
