Last Request – 2015
Bourbon Barrel Aged Stout
Last Request 2015 is the next step in our barrel aged Breakout series. We came into a small quantity of Heaven Hill barrels that offered up a great opportunity to age the last batch of stout we brewed in 2014. After a year of aging we blended it with a young batch of Breakout Stout. The results are fantastic!
Malt: 2-row, Roast Barley, Chocolate malt, caramel 60L
Hops: Chinook and Cascade
O.G.: 19 Plato ABV: 8.5% IBU: 30-40
