Super Galena has a very high alpha acid content, making it a great bittering hop. It also has a lovely grapefruit and grassy aroma, with a crisp, bitter finish, making this hop a fantastic all-round choice for a Single Hop IPA. Hermitage’s signature malt balance brings out the aroma without letting the high alpha acid overwhelm the beer.
