Originally brewed in Munich, Germany in 1894. In German “Helles” means light, referencing both color and flavor in this beer. A refreshing, crisp, malt forward beer, designed to be drank by the liter. Made with 100% Weyermann Barke Pilsner malt and Opal & Vanguard hops. Brewed in honor of Rocky’s Hot Chicken Shack’s 5th anniversary & a great beer to wash down some of their delicious chicken.
