Hakituri - an organic pilsner, conceptualised with ideals of stewardship and sustainability towards the land. Pete and the guys put this brew through an extra cold and longer than usual ferment. This resulted in pronounced citrus and tropical notes, with exceptionally crisp flavours and a decidedly clean finish.
