Our Farmstead cider is the product of a community collaboration. We invite our neighbors across the north Olympic Peninsula to bring us their bruised, bitter or bizarre backyard apples and then we ferment this charismatic collection of fruit. The result is a semi-sweet, unfiltered, frontier-style cider with rustic origins and a juicy apple character. The Farmstead then returns the good will of the community when we allocate 1o cents on every bottle sale of this blend to local food banks.
