Figueroa Mountain Trail Pale- Cascade

The next installment in our single hop series is a varietal that is arguably one of the most quintessential American hops ever grown. Internationally renown largely due to Sierra Nevada, Cascade is an absolute classic. It was cultivated in 1956, but not released to the public until 1972. Cascade imparts flavors of citrus, particularly grapefruit. Subtle resinous and floral notes are also part of the cascade profile. Enjoy this rendition of a classic strong pale ale.
