Our friend Nacho at Pizza Port Ocean Beach is an authority on west-coast hoppy beers. We had the privilege of having him up to collaborate with us on this San Diego-style red monster: layers of rich, caramelly malt goodness complemented with sticky, resinous hop flavor and aroma and a hefty, lingering bitterness. Sharks may not really have lips, but they bite - and so does this brew!
