Keep Your Wits is a twist on our Hefeweizen "Golden Hour". We use the Same German Wheat beer yeast to create this refreshing unfiltered Rye beer. Notes of Clove, Banana, and subtle caramel can be enjoyed in this Rye beer known in German as "Roggenbier".
