Figueroa Mountain Los Padres Pilsner

This Neo-American style pilsner contains flaked corn which adds corn flavor and a lighter texture to this light lager style. We used a combination of hops in this beer to bring out citrus and tropical fruits. Mandarina Bavaria focuses on Mandarin citrus notes, while reserved additions of Citra round out this brews fruity hop aroma. This brew is perfect for tackling the great hikes offered by our beautiful Los Padres wilderness.
