Figueroa Mountain Lagerville '25

Lagerville 2025 is a collaboration between Compañía Cervecera Hércules in Querétaro, Mexico and Pinthouse Brewing in Austin, TX. Lagerville is a purple corn lager with Neomexicanus and noble hops infused with Hibiscus. We used Peruvian Morado purple corn from Sugar Creek Malt in Indiana, the traditional German noble Hop Tettnanger, and the neomexicanus hop Zappa from CLS Farms which has notes of passion fruit, juicy mango, white pepper, and citrus. The beer is then infused with hibiscus. The end result is a beer with a brilliant pale pink color with the subtle floral, citrusy, fruity aroma and a hint of sweet corn.
