El Capitan is one the beautiful beaches here on the central coast and we wanted to name a beer after this incredible spot. El Cap has wonderful tide pools that show up with the ebb and flow of the tide and reveal some great natural wonders. Mosaic is the predominant hop which lends tropical notes and fruit forward pine-like qualities. The bitterness is soft to encourage drinkability, so get to the beach before the tide comes all the way back in.
