Our second experimental IPA using LupulN2 (lupulin powder) is a doozy. Dustin Hopman takes center stage with a hop profile using Ekuanot, Simcoe, Loral, El Dorado, and Motueka. The blend creates vibrant aromas of ripe papaya, pine, and citrus, with depths of tropical flavor to appease those who enjoy thorough hop flavor. A simple grain bill leaves room for hop character to shine! At 8.2% ABV, Dustin packs a bunch but is refreshingly dry for this style.
