Dietenhofen is a municipality within Bavaria Germany and is the namesake town of Figueroa Mountain Brewing Co. owners Jim and Jaime Dietenhofer. We use traditional ingredients from German sources to create what we believe is a fantastic German-style Pilsner. Light and quaffable, Dietenhofer Pilsner is the color of straw, with notes of cracker, and grass, with slightly spicy floral aromas. It is slightly bitter, and refreshing.
