We took a traditional Berlinerweiss which is a German soured wheat beer and aged it in a Bourbon Barrel that had old 502’s Bourbon Barrel Red in it previously. Then we blended back the unfermented grape juice to sweeten it up and add another layer of flavor. Falls City brewed a berlinerwiess for the first time more than 100 years ago, we’re bringing it back!
