Hazy Hipster showcases the Idaho 7 hop, which is a secondary hop in Hipster Repellant IPA. Idaho 7 is a bright, citrusy hop with flavors of tropical fruit, tangerine, and stone fruit. A sticky, resinous pine character rounds out the fruitiness to still remind you of an old school IPA. The soft malt character of wheat and oats creates a soft base to let the hops shine.
