Zinful Drakonic is a blend of Drakonic aged in Zinfandel barrels for over a year and blended with a very special tart zin barrel. Lots of vinous, wine/Zinfandel qualities with a hints of oak and fruit. The wine like fruit flavors and acidity complements Drakonic's chocolate, roasty, flavors to create a bittersweet beer, reminiscent of wine and dark chocolate.
