Abdominally Jolly utilizes an intense amount of both malted and unmalted wheat in the grist for a cloudy appearance, slight graininess, and light citric malt character, similar to a Belgian Wit beer. We then brew it to a higher gravity, and hop it aggressively with New Zealand and US varieties including Motueka, Pacific Jade, Amarillo and El Dorado, for a brightly fruity and tropical finish.
