A Belgian-style Saison brewed with 5 different malt varieties, noble hops, cardamon seeds, chamomile, coriander, and tangerine peels. The beer is golden with a wonderful spiced character due to the "controlled spontaneous fermentation" with real farmhouse saison yeast.
