Black Thai is an Imperial Stout brewed with edamame and Thai basil. It is then fermented with a lager yeast and 250 pounds of pureed Oregon blackberries.
This brew was the brainchild of Butch Burgess in our Maintenance Department at the Milton brewery. Butch, Lead Brewer Bryan Selders and our own Sam Calagione brewed this beer at our Rehoboth Beach pub and even dressed for the occasion!
