The first thing that pops with this brew is the upfront aromas of Mango and Coriander. On the first sip, a slight saltiness appears from the traditional water of the Goslar region of Germany. A little further yet, some of the lacto comes through to give an acidic tartness on the finish. At a pH of 3.5, this sour is not over the top. One might say, the Minnesour is Minnesota Nice with a nice crisp finish!
