This cider is a tribute to the heritage of hop farming in the Northeast, and a vote of confidence for the return of this once prevalent and mighty crop. Citizen Cider is working with the many good growers in the region to craft this cider, made entirely with apples and hops from the same landscape, and in some cases the same farms.
