Blue Mountain Coffee Chocolate Dark Hollow

Our high-gravity Imperial Stout is brewed with Pale and English Crystal and Chocolate malts, then aged in freshly emptied charred American oak bourbon barrels. The resulting beer has notes of oak and vanilla that mellow on the palate with the residual bourbon flavor from the barrels and the heavy malt flavors of the original beer. We aged this batch with cacao nibs and Trager Brothers’ locally roasted, organic, fair trade coffee.
