When the City of Moxee approached us about creating a beer for the centennial of the city's incorporation, we knew we needed to find a way to use Centennial hops, a rarely seen addition to our hop bill. Paired with Citra® and used in LupulN2 cryo form, the Centennial hops shine through in this hoppy pale ale with aromas of apricot, flowers, and vanilla.
