New Zealand cuisine is a melting pot of different cultures from the native Maori, English, French and Asian. At Kairoa, we are proud to have an almost entirely from-scratch kitchen. Sauces, pastries, and even fries are all made in house daily. Our menu changes seasonally, as we use the freshest ingredients when they’re at their peak.
